Fusion® Manufacturing License

Build the world's most advanced bulk bag.

License the Fusion® process and produce a premium, computer heat-sealed FIBC — with no skilled sewing labor, a straight-line workflow, and capacity you scale one line at a time.

We supply the equipment and the know-how. You produce under license for a small royalty per bag.

A Fusion heat-sealing station on a clean production line

A premium bag on a simpler, leaner line.

Fusion replaces the hardest part of bulk bag manufacturing — skilled sewing — with a computer-controlled heat-sealing process. That reshapes your labor, your floor, and how fast you can grow.

An operator running a Fusion line — no skilled sewing required

No skilled sewing labor

The hardest role to recruit, train, and retain disappears. Fusion's heat-sealed seams remove industrial sewing from the containment process entirely.

Lower total labor

Fewer hands per bag. An automated sealing and assembly workflow lets a leaner crew produce more, with less variability.

Straight-line production

Material flows in one direction from web to finished bag — a continuous, straight-line process that's simpler to run and keep moving.

Scale by the line

When demand grows, add a Fusion line. Because the labor is simpler than sewing, you can staff new capacity quickly.

From qualified to in-production.

A straightforward path onto the Fusion process — most of which runs on the lines you already operate.

01

Qualify

We confirm fit together — your facility, market, and capacity to add a line.

02

License

Sign the Fusion® license, including the proprietary coating formula required for the process.

03

Equip

We provide the heat-sealing equipment, non-destructive test equipment, and assembly fixturing. Your existing PP lines handle the rest.

04

Produce

With startup support and operator training, you begin producing Fusion bags — all materials in-house if you're vertically integrated.

05

Pay per bag

A small royalty per bag produced. The model scales with your output — not a large bet up front.

Royalty and equipment terms are shared during qualification. Reach out for details →

We supply the hard part. You run the line.

The Fusion straight-line production line, designed and built by AmeriGlobe
AmeriGlobe provides

The Fusion toolkit

  • Heat-sealing equipment for the containment seams
  • Non-destructive test equipment for quality verification
  • Assembly fixturing for the Fusion build process
  • The proprietary coating formula, supplied under license
  • Startup support and initial operator training
  • Ongoing technical support as you scale
You bring

Your existing operation

  • Your PP extrusion & weaving lines — no special equipment is needed to make the PP materials
  • Facility and workforce — no sewing skill required on the floor
  • Local market access in your region
  • Vertically integrated manufacturers can produce every material in-house

A bag your customers can't get from a sewn line.

Fusion has zero sewing in the product containment area. The body is computer heat-sealed, so there are no needle holes — the leak and contamination paths sewn bags can't fully eliminate. That's clean containment and moisture protection you can sell at a premium.

Stacked Fusion® bulk bags

Product protection

Moisture, contamination, and UV resistance.

Operational efficiency

Faster filling, handling, and unloading.

Sustainability

Eliminates liners, reduces material use.

Supply chain reliability

Consistent performance from manufacturing to delivery.

R&D 100 Awards 2017 Winner plaque presented to AmeriGlobe, LLC and The Dow Chemical Company for the development of Fusion FIBC bulk bags

An R&D 100 Award winner, co-developed with Dow Chemical.

In 2017, Fusion® was named one of the 100 most technologically significant new products of the year in Mechanical/Materials — the result of joint R&D between AmeriGlobe and The Dow Chemical Company. As a licensee, you wouldn't be betting on an unproven concept; you'd be manufacturing an award-winning bag built on validated, patented technology.

Built for the world's most advanced materials.

One bag. Many industries. Countless applications — wherever clean containment and moisture protection matter.

Be the first in your country.

Fusion manufacturing isn't everywhere yet. For countries that don't already have a Fusion® line, we'll negotiate country-level exclusivity on manufacturing — the right to be the sole licensed producer of Fusion® bags in your market.

A proven process, not a prototype.

Developed with Dow

The heat-sealing technology behind Fusion was developed in partnership with Dow Chemical.

Proprietary process

A protected, proprietary method — you can't simply buy the equipment to make this bag anywhere else.

Award-recognized

Featured by Manufacturing Marvels for advancing how bulk bags are made.

Backed by AmeriGlobe

Supported by AmeriGlobe and a growing network of Fusion licensees around the world.

Is Fusion right for your operation?

The strongest partners tend to share a few traits. If this sounds like you, let's talk.

An existing FIBC or PP weaving operation

Capacity and floor space to add a Fusion line

A market that values clean containment and moisture protection

Interest in offering a premium, differentiated product

Licensing, answered.

How does the royalty work?
You pay a small royalty per bag produced. Specific terms are shared during qualification — reach out and we'll walk you through them.
What equipment do you provide?
Heat-sealing equipment, non-destructive test equipment, and assembly fixturing. Your existing PP extrusion and weaving lines handle the rest.
Do we need new equipment to make the PP fabric?
No. Fusion uses standard PP materials made on your current lines. A proprietary coating formula, supplied under license, is the one process-specific requirement.
Is sewing experience required?
No — and that's one of Fusion's biggest advantages. Eliminating skilled sewing labor simplifies staffing and training, which is short and process-based.
Can we get exclusivity in our country?
In countries without an existing Fusion® line, we'll negotiate country-level exclusivity on manufacturing — meaning you'd be the only licensed producer of Fusion® bags in that market. It does not restrict sales: any company may buy Fusion® bags from you or another licensee and resell them. Reach out early to check availability for your market.
What support do we get?
Startup support and initial operator training to get your line running, plus ongoing technical support as you scale.
